Organization Accounts
Organization accounts let clubs, universities, and other associations manage access for multiple users under a single subscription.
Overview
An organization owner or administrator can:
- create and manage an organization account
- purchase subscription units
- add members
- assign roles based on required access
Subscription
Organizations use the Pro subscription. Instead of purchasing individual plans, the organization purchases a number of subscription units.
Units are consumed when roles are assigned to members.
Roles and Unit Cost
Roles determine access in both Tagger and the Accounts Portal. Each role has a unit cost:

| Analyst Plus | 6 | Equivalent access to the individual Analyst Plus plan |
| Analyst Elite | 12 | Equivalent access to the individual Analyst Elite plan |
Flexible Unit Usage
Members can be added or removed, and roles can be assigned or unassigned, at any point during the subscription cycle. This allows organizations to reallocate units as needs change.
For example, a university may assign roles to one group of students in one semester, then reassign those same units to a different group in the next semester.
Using Tagger and SquadPro
Organization members can select their organization in Tagger and SquadPro to activate the permissions associated with their assigned role.
To select an organization:
- Click your profile icon in the application.
- Select Select Organization.
- Choose your organization from the list.
Once selected, the user receives access based on their assigned organization role.
Setup Steps for Club/Organization Administrators
- Create your personal account in the Accounts Portal: https://accounts.teamoppy.com/
- Sign in, open Manage Organization, and create a new organization.
- Open the organization and go to the Subscription tab.
- Enter the number of units to purchase.
- Complete payment.
- Go to the Members section.
- Add member email addresses and assign roles.
Unit reference:
- Analyst Elite: 12 units
- Analyst Plus: 6 units
- Analyst: 4 units
Example calculation:
- 1 Analyst Elite (12) + 1 Analyst Plus (6) + 2 Analyst (8) = 26 units
Steps for Members
- Sign in as usual.
- Click your profile icon (top-right in Tagger).
- Select your organization.
You will then have the access level associated with your assigned role.
